breakdown = disebabkan oleh gangguan macam cable kena curi, pencawang triping, transformer rosak, monyet, kerosakan yang berlaku tiba2 (susah arr nak bgi notice sebab tiba2 berlaku) shutdown = maintanance, preventive test, repair and service (notice akan diberi...selalunya, supply daripada reserve digunakan... depends)

Aku malu jadi melayu..sumpah...memang bila cakap je ade problem..bukan buat kerja...tapi bagi alasan sebab malas nak buat...please la...tolong lah...buat malu tau tak..cuba la sekali orang dah complain,teros amek tindakkan..at least semua orang nampak ade usaha kat situ...

@wlmlim89 First of all, no matter how civilized you are in malaysia and willing to protest peacefully the government will not take it seriously. Even namewee protest vigorously and they are not giving shit about him. The sense of customer services in malaysia is just the worst of all kind, been through there and I really have no idea what they are really doing.

yup if i were him, i will go to TNB to ask for assistant or explanation... but i will not using harass words coz it will just make them mad... he is doing whats right but its too aggressive...

U guys should be happy to be malaysian, in indonesia, my hometown there is even worse case .. one day blackout 5-6 hour and this happen almost regularly .. total 100+ days in 1 year
