She's so amazing...and then had to switch genres of music on us once she put out her first cd. I hope she'll go back to that style we all came to love about her.

Loserzinc is talking about the texture and tone of a person's voice. Sade, for example, is not the best singer, technically, but has a beautiful voice. Then there are singers who have amazing range and ability to hold notes, but their "voice" doesn't sound beautiful, if that makes any sense. I'm not saying I think this about Eva, just trying to explain what the Loserzinc was likely trying to say.
