the fact is nepal is small and very much reliant on foreign aid which china provides. beside that being landlock and surrounded by india in three side it needs china to counter indian unwanted influence within china so pragmatically and practically nepal is unwilling to let tibetan to protest against china. nevertheless nepal is also home to many succesful tibetan enterprenuers and indrustilist who enjoys way better life then most nepalese or tibetan exiles in india.

Here is the thing, nobody will be there to help out Nepal if either China or India attacks Nepal. Nepal cannot take a chance. FOr the west while you are freeing Tibet, Free Iraq, Free Afgainshtan, Free Pleastine. Where the heck were all these sympathizers when Bhutan was kicking out all the ethnic Nepalese.
